RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Although we hope that everyone who buys one of our bags will love it and want to keep it forever, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, or it simply is not what you expected, it can be returned to us within 10 days of delivery for full store credit, however return shipping and shipping for the exchanged goods will be the buyer's responsibility. Simply contact us via e-mail, and we will provide a return address. Once we have received the return, we will issue you a coupon to use in our store. Returned items MUST be unused and in original condition, and exchanged items may not be returned. Since we are a small company, we can not offer returns or refunds at this time.

If you think there may be a problem with your products, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage, and we will proceed on a case by case basis.
